Step-2 Make the Payment of Rs. 2000/- (Registration Fee) for Std.-Pre-Nursery to IX.
Step-3 Take print out of the form after Sucessfull Payment.

* For classes Pre-Nursery to Class-IX, You can fill the Form Online. Follow the Criteria as given below.
1) Aadhar Card of the Student is Mandatory.
2) Birth Certificate (Municipal/ Gram Sabha/ Gram Panchayat) is Mandatory.
3) For Class-I onwards, the Report Card of Last appearing exam is Mandatory.

* Forms will be issued based on previous examination report card i.e Half Yearly.
